Naas Musical Society return to the theatre from the 8th-13th March 2010 with their production of the Wonderful "FIDDLER ON THE ROOF".
Famous for it's comedic "If I were A Rich Man" to the moving "Sabbath Prayer", audiences will love this moving and yet funny tale of the break down of "Tradition" as main man Tevye knows it.
Set in Russia in 1905 we follow Tevye and his wife Golde as they try to arrange their daughters'marriages, but the girls. well, as with all young ladies, they have different plans to those of their father!
One definitely not to be missed!

The Irish Premier stars Actors Leigh Arnold(The Clinic) Alan Devine (Louie in Fair City) Claire Tully (Columnist The Sun) and Alan Shortt one of the funniest men in Ireland. The Irish production by Michael Scott features a number of stories taken directly from the Irish website for the showwww.myfirsttime.ie all are used anonymously(for good reason)and feature some typical "Irish"situations - a bedsit in Cork...in a field with an audience of bleating sheep...on the way home from school...the back of the chipper...In 1998, a website was created that allowed people to anonymously share their own true stories about their First Times. The website became an instant phenomenon as over 70,000 stories poured in from around the globe that were silly, sweet,absurd,funny,heterosexual,homosexual,shy,outrageous and everything in between.
