Only ticket sales for the evening performance are processed in the hour before the show. Patrons are advised that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased. By Phone (045)883030 Visa, Mastercard, and Laser are accepted. There is no extra credit card charge. Please have your credit card ready when booking. Tickets are held at the Box Office for collection during our opening hours above. Concessions Concessions are available (on production of the appropriate ID) to students, under 18’s, the unemployed and senior citizens for some productions. A discount of 10% is available for groups of 10 or more for most productions. Special rates for school groups are available from the box office. All children, including infants, must have a ticket for a seat to comply with fire regulations. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are available in any denomination from the box office.A Patrons Membership makes an ideal gift. Hearing Impaired For patrons with hearing impairments we have a loop system. Late comers cannot be admitted until a suitable break in the performance or at the interval. The Bar The Moat Theatre Bar is open with a full bar service before the show, at the interval to patrons of The Moat Theatre. Patrons should pre-order their interval drinks before the performance. Conferences and Corporate Events The Moat Theatre is available for use as a conference venue and or corporate events.
