The Visual arts space in the Main Café/Foyer
The Moat Theatre attracts many patrons from all over Kildare, and the Café also
has a large foot fall. Those looking for a place to stop and relax frequent the
theatre regularly for coffee and more So for more, we have The Visual arts space
which is in the Main Café/Foyer area.
We can accommodate exhibitions of groups or individuals with one of the lowest commission
rates around. All you need to do is contact The Moat Theatre on
info@moattheatre.com with your details and work you would like to show.
We also have opportunities for new emerging artists to show in The Moat ' s own
Group Exhibition showing some of the new and talented artists on the rise. And we
have our Annual Schools Exhibition, giving one school the opportunity to show their
skills to the public.
The space is also available to travelling work, so if you would like your work to
adorn the walls of The Moat contact us today. So far we are delighted to have displayed
work by Tuckmill Gallery with their annual exhibition, The Leinster Print Studio,
Edward Byrne and Co, Slua Nua, plus many others. Add your name today, and we will
see you soon on the walls!
To note:
All work must be strung to hang on a hanging rail which is already in place. Work
is sold through the box office and we will inform our database about the exhibition.
The space is for display only. If you wish to have a launch night, consult with
either Kathleen or Celine as this may not always be feasible.
