John Colleary is one of Ireland’s most in-demand comedians. He co-wrote and starred in the IFTA-nominated shows The Savage Eye (RTÉ2) and Irish Pictorial Weekly (RTÉ One), and has also appeared on Hardy Bucks and Bridget & Eamon (RTÉ2).

A talented actor and mimic, John was one third of The Gusset Brothers on The Tommy Tiernan Show (RTÉ One).

He has won a PPI Award for his topical sketch writing and performances on Today FM’s drivetime show The Last Word, and he’s a regular favourite at Ireland’s top comedy clubs and festivals.

John toured with Tommy Tiernan in 2022 and 2023, performing for tens of thousands of fans across the country. His first solo show, LOUD & COLLEARY, toured nationwide in Autumn 2023, followed by HEAD LIKE A SHED in 2024.

In 2025, John will once again support Tommy on the sold-out Tommedian tour, while also performing his own shows around Ireland. Don’t miss him on the road in 2025!
