Unfortunately, the Theatre does not have dedicated parking for guests. We recommend guests arriving early to secure parking in the surrounding area.

Guests visiting the Moat Theatre can park at the Kildare County Council car park here, or use on-street parking on Abbey Street (map) and Main Street (map).

Additional parking is available on nearby streets. Please note that pay and display is in operation at various times in these areas.

Guests are advised not to park on the ramps directly outside the Moat Theatre. These areas are designated drop-off zones and must remain clear at all times for fire safety and emergency access during performances. Ticketing and clamping are in operation, and the Moat Theatre cannot accept responsibility for vehicles parked in these zones.

We also strongly advise against parking in the private car parks located here. Clamping is frequently enforced at this location, and any vehicle parked there is at the owner's risk.
